Each table of guests chooses two meats and receives our seasonal sides, hot yeast rolls, and each guest gets to choose a homemade dessert. The first bite into our rolls is the moment where we become famous. Macaroni and cheese and cream corn are what our guests mention most frequently as their favorite sides. We raise as much of the produce as possible here on the farm.
Breakfast is served from a menu. It is not family style. Dan's Uncle Wally is a food developer and he has created the best waffle/pancake mix we have ever tasted. We are thrilled to share them with our guests. We use our friend June's Chocolate Gravy recipe. Tammy's oatmeal is another favorite of our breakfast crowd. As an appetizer, the Meadow minis and the cinnamon rolls are so incredible, you may choose to take an order home to snack on after breakfast.
